What we can and can't do
We cannot process your visa application, but we provide supporting documents — a Letter of Invitation and Registration Confirmation — that can help with your visa processing.
The conference will not send letters to, or call, embassies or visa officers regarding your visa application.
The conference cannot provide financial support. Flights, road transportation, hotel, meals, insurance, illness or any other event-related expenses are covered by participants.
